Business Transformation Analyst – Finance
The role would provide effective and efficient skills in order to:
To assist and support projects and initiatives by providing effective, value added and sustainable solutions.
To work closely with the business in order to gather and analyse requirements; while ensuring that all processes, procedures, requirements and solutions are accurately documented to enable superior levels of reporting and knowledge capture.
To provide Business Analysis support and process improvement recommendations. The role also entails supporting implementation of application enhancement.
To Complete all consulting assignments under the guidance of Senior Consultant, including all project deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting and problem resolution, conflict management, client and stakeholder management and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
Responsibilities include, [but are not limited to:]
To enhance the maturity of operational processes and create a culture of Customer Focus and Excellence.
Creation and maintenance of Process manuals and any other documentation as required by Customer
To perform requirements gathering to device Business Requirement Documentations and value added solutions.
To liaise with other divisions of ACIS as required.
