Prepare attendance input and handle all employee queries related to salary.

PF/Mediclaim/ESI settlements.

Preferred Skills:

2 – 4 years of experience in Statutory Compliance and Payroll Administration in an organization with minimum of 250 employees.
Good interpersonal abilities and flexible with the ability to get along with diverse personalities.
High level of attention to detail.
High level of empathy, responsiveness, and relationship orientation.
Effective communication and presentation skills in English.
Graduates/Post Graduates preferably in Management.

Job Description:

Profile – Hands-on development experience in HTML5/CSS3, experience in at least 1-2 large HTML5 projects, adept at limitations and workarounds within HTML5, browser compatibility, experience with web and/or mobile development using HTML5, expertise in JS (jQuery, Dojo, YUI, etc…)
Role – This is a senior role within our Mobile/HTML5 practice focusing on architecting medium to large end-to-end solutions for our clients (who’re some of the world’s largest education, publishing and financial firms) and essentially be the HTML5 SME within the firm. The role will have onsite (US, UK) travel opportunities. It is expected that this role will have basic Architecture expertise (design patterns, architecture artifacts, etc..),ad experience with multiple HTML5 development products/tools/methodologies.
Team – Initially this role will be leading a small 3-4 member team with opportunities to grow.
Key Success factors – Hands–on resource who can write solid code, Excellent communication, expertise in Web/front-end technologies, expertise in architecture, adept at troubleshooting/problem-solving, expertise in web/mobile development.
Communication – This role will report in to GM/VP level management and will be interacting with CXO level leaders at our clients. Communication (verbal, written) has to be very good, especially in articulating solutions to a non-technical audience.
Ideal candidate – Someone who’s currently an architect or a Sr. developer with an architecture discipline focus or interest, very hands-on resource who has had experience in large web and/or mobile projects, self-motivated with experience/exposure in multiple front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, Mobile frameworks, etc…)

Preferred Skills:

Experience – 8+ years experience in Web and/or Mobile development with most recent 2 years in HTML5.
Education – Graduates/Post Graduates in Engineering/Technology
