Technopark campus may soon have prepaid autorickshaws and Railway reservation counter

Prathidhwani, a socio-cultural organization of Technopark, met Sri. Sashi Tharoor ( Honorable Minister of State for Human Resource Development, India) on 2013 April 6th at his residence in Trivandrum. The delegation discussed the various needs of Technopark employees. Image removed. The main concerns we conferred are as follows. • Railway reservation counter inside Technopark Campus • Stops for more trains in Kazhakoottam. Stops for the daily trains like Malabar, Maveli, Manglore Express, Amritha and Intercity express will be most helpful for Technopark employees and would ease the city traffic problem. • Health care centre inside Technopark. • Include technopark campus in the monorail path which is to be constructed from Pallippuram to Neyyattinkara. • Prepaid auto rickshaw stand managed by Police inside Technopark. • Police aid post to the Technopark campus Prathidhwani submitted the suggestions of the survey "How safe are we in and around Technopark", conductedin Jan-Feb 2013, which obtained enormous response from the employees as around 4500 employees' participated in the survey. Minister responded to the suggestions positively and he assured that appropriate measures will be taken based on these suggestions. He cross checked the suggestions related to railway with Divisional Railway Manager, Mr. Rajesh Agarwal, who happened to be present at the time. Mr. Rajesh Agarwal promised to allocate a Railway Reservation Counter inside technopark if he receives a official appeal from the CEO of Technopark. Image removed. Prathidhwani is just a stone's throw away from realizing one of the main safety suggestions – starting a Pre paid auto counter – in Technopark. The city corporation mayor Mrs. Chandrika conducted a meeting exclusively for these requests and made consensus among trade unions of Auto rickshaw labors, Police and officials of technopark on 05.03.2013 for prepaid auto counter. ADGP Hemachandran too took good initiative on this and he directed Attingal DYSP to do the necessary things . Hope we will get the Pre paid auto counter very soon in Technopark. Image removed.
