This granite plaque laid on the very same day, 23 years before, witnessed a revolution, which changed lakhs of people's lives and showcased our state's true potential. Foundation stone laid by Sri. E K Nayanar, Chief minister of Kerala and presided by Smt K R Gowri Amma, Minister for industries on 31st March 1991.
