Install php latest version (above 7.3+) :-
check the php version on command prompt => php -v
wamp(https://sourceforge.net/projects/wampserver/) for windows or
xampp(https://www.apachefriends.org/index.html) for windows/linux/os x or
mamp(https://www.mamp.info/en/mac/) for macOS or
lamp(https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/LAMP_(software_bundle ) for linux
Install Php Composer :-
after installation check it on command prompt => composer --version
Install Laravel 8
after installation check it on command prompt => laravel --version
